1. How do I purchase your vehicle?
You would first need to reserve by booking one at a fully refundable amount. Your order would then be created. Depending on your order’s sequence in the queue and our delivery schedule, you will be notified via email or call whenever your order is ready for purchase completion. The booking token money will be adjusted against the final amount you pay to complete your purchase.
2. How do I check the status of pre-book order?
When you choose to pre-order, you will be directed to sign up with us. You would need to log into your account to check the status of your pre-order from your profile page.
3. I have not received any pre-book confirmation. How do I get it?
Nothing to worry. Your pre-book would still have got confirmed on our side. From your side, first, check your spam folder for the account creation mail as well as the prebook confirmation mail. If they are not found in your spam folder, even after 5 minutes, contact legal@rivotmotors.com your transaction details.
4. Can I pre-book more than one vehicle? If yes. How, many?
For every scooter, you need to make a separate booking. We haven't placed any restriction on the number of bookings per person.
5. Are there any other ways to book?
You can ONLY pre-book on our website through https://www.rivotmotors.com 4 methods- Paytm, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, and BHIM/UPI.
6. Can I pre-book more than one vehicle? If yes. How, many?
For every scooter, you need to make a separate booking. We haven't placed any restriction on the number of bookings per person.
